In the 90th minute, Ramos took advantage of Barcelona‘s high line, beat the offside trap, and slot in the winning goal for PSG.

In a post-match interview with DAZN Torres said had a strong start but struggled to maintain the tempo: “The game went crazy. I think the first half hour was spectacular, but we didn’t know how to maintain it. I’m sure that as time goes on we’ll maintain it. We weren’t able to regain control where we wanted it to be. We’re having a lot of games, that’s no excuse, but we have to focus on the weekend.”

Torres also urged fans and players to stay calm and not overreact: “At the end of the season, there will be defeats, but we shouldn’t overreact. Now it’s time to look at what we did wrong and correct the mistakes.”

Torres has had a glittering start to the season, scoring five goals and providing one assist in all competitions so far. Initially deployed as a false nine due to Roberto Lewandowski’s absence with injury, Torres’ form has helped Barcelona remain unbeaten in the league, keeping them at the top of the La Liga table after seven matches.
